SENATE BILL NO. 64 "An Act relating to the award of a high school                                   
diploma to certain World War II veterans" was read the second time.                                 
                                                                                                    
Senator Kelly, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                   
adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 499.                                   
Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 64(FIN) was adopted
